Manifestation Principles at Work

Objectives

The purpose this week is to clarify any issues in alignment…any discrepancy between what you think you want and what Flow is delivering.

Activities

  1. Continue your daily exercise of focused breathing for relaxation and balance.
  2. Observing your map of any discrepancy within, make a chart and fill in accordingly

  1. Write the discrepancy in the center column
  2. Write in the left column what you have or where you are presently with the matter
  3. In the right column, you will write the answer to this question directly to your heart: How will I manifest what I need or want? Another way to ask is, “How do I resolve this discrepancy?”
  4. Take action from the direction of tour heart. When ever you have doubt about actions, listen to and trust your heart’s voice and choice. The heart is the connector of the higher and lower energy centers.

Evaluation

Now you have a deeper understanding of alignment. The next step is to make a decision or choice that affects your relationship to flow. No one can tell you how to do this except your own conscience and your mind-body energy. Yet you always want inner agreement. A choice is appropriate for you if it sounds good to your mind and feels right to your body.

Please note that the mind likes things to stay the same. If it senses big change or needs more details, it might try to protect you from the situation, or ask you to do a little more research. If the mind chatters at you, you need more information or you need reassurance for the mindbody alignment. The exercises of lessons 3 and 4 will always clarify for you any discrepancy in your desire for abundance and the best way to t go about achieving the goal.

Dance With Flow—Abundance Program

We cannot over emphasize the alignment process when you are trying to maintain an open and receptive stance in life. Because most of us are in a hurry, we make excuses about having other things to do, and we brush off this part of self-growth and awareness. “If flow is so great, let flow take care of it.” We’ve heard this statement often before. Our response is  “Flow does take care of it, and you may nit like the result.”

If you would like to know what is going on and take a cooperative part in your own life, then your energy, effort, and focus on flow are required. What more can be said? The rest is up to you.

Remember the 6 Keys to Unlock flow

  1. Life is not what we think. It happens to us as we think about it.
  2. The real meaning of free will choice is to make the choiceless choice of saying yes and enjoying what adventures flow brings.
  3. Flow pushes us forward into growing. Our choice is to embrace it with joy and ease or with struggle and discomfort.
  4. As we state our intention, flow will carry us forward to meet it in time.
  5. We learn patience and peace of mind, as we believe the flow works in our behalf.
  6. Flow always works in our behalf. Our task is to align with it, receive it, and believe it.

Month 4 – Week 3

Align, Visualize and Breathe

Objectives

Purpose this week is to clarify any discrepancies or disagreements of the inner voices. We trust the body’s instincts because the model has worked well for several thousand years in helping humans to survive. When the body has a message that is different than what you think you want, then ask why. Determine what is going on at a deeper level of your consciousness.

 

Activities

  1. When one of the information or energy centers in your body disagrees with your intention, there may be a deeper message from your unconscious. For your clarity and awareness about any constriction in your personal relationship to flow, we suggest you “process.”
  2. “Process” is a term we use for becoming aware. To become aware of something inside of yourself, you have to objectify it. You have to bring it from the inside to the outside because your body wants you to see it, hear it and understand the deeper wisdom.
  3. Once again, return to the chart of the chakra system, and ask questions to further your understanding
  4. Ask your question of each energy center, and record your answers so you have body map of any internal disagreements.

Evaluation

Now you have a map of the inner parts of yourself that disagree with your intentions and actions for abundance. In your final choices, seek harmony or agreement internally or you will feel angst within and tension without. We have suggestion on how to: keep the peace within” in Lesson 4.

Month 4 – Week 2

Create Alignment and Integrity with Your Abundant Vision

 Objectives

The purpose is to clarify discrepancies of vision and clean up any integrity issues with money.

Activities

  1. Print the chakra page or open the Dance with Flow E-book to page 47 and work directly with the page. The chart shows you the locations of the various endocrine glands as well as the nerve plexi that produce large amounts of neuropeptides. According to yoga philosophy, the seven areas are the spiritual energy centers of the human body. These centers and corresponding physical glands and nerves are where you can check your alignment with the inner voices. You might be surprised by how many opinions the information centers in your body possess!
  2. First you state your intention clearly, “I am in complete alignment with my abundance.”
  3. Then place your hand on the crown center (top of head) and ask, “Am I in alignment with my abundance?” or “Is my statement true?
  4. The answer you seek from the crown center is a simple yes or no.  Get your answer and record on the sheet.
  5. Then one at a time, place your hand over the next energy center, moving down through the body.
  6. Ask each center, “Am I in alignment with this process?” Listen for a “yes” or a “no”.
  7. Get a sense of whether your body has a positive or negative response.

Evaluation

You have worked very consistently to be aligned and receptive to abundance. So if this exercise made you aware of any place in your body where you are out of alignment, the exercises in the following weeks will help you realign. You must have agreement within to experience harmony without so continue to lesson 2.

If you are in total agreement, feel the harmony, and have increased abundance, then you have achieved the goal of this program. We now suggest that you make your focused breathing a meditation activity using the Raising Joy Vibration video of 20 minutes, which is part of this package. Or if you want more in-depth support, please review The Cosmic Waltz Inner Harmony, as this musical program supports continued alignment and integration. Scheduling the breathing sessions several times a week stabilizes this process for you.

How Are You Aligned With Your Abundance?

Objectives

Purpose is to map chakra alignment through mind/body communication to your vision of abundance. The best way to insure alignment within yourself is to state your intention aloud and explicitly. Your statement will send the message coursing through your information centers to the very cells. Then you will check each chakra for the answer yes or no.

Activities

Purpose:      Purpose this month is to put your house in order in several ways: clean up and clear out; be grateful each and every day with a gratitude journal; say yes to the universe, and put your vision on an personal mastery tape to listen to constantly for one full week.

Month 3 – Week 4

Internalizing & Integrating Your Abundant Vision in the last three weeks, you have put abundance practices into your daily living. Next in week 4 you turn inward for further integration of abundance in the thoughts and emotions.

Objectives

  • Purpose is to now maintain the consistent focus on abundance integration of body and mind while you go about life in your daily world.

Activities

  1. This can be done in two ways: (1) by listening to a personal abundance mastery mp3 file or (2) by listening to the music Cosmic Waltz by Dr. Tom Goode. The music is engineered to alignment of frequencies and brain waves into a harmonious flow. Can you listen while driving, exercising, walking, cooking, reading….every opportunity daily.
  2. Consistency is really the key here.
  3. During this week, you also continue an abundance practice that you loved, such as being grateful, watching for synchronicities, saying yes, and holding your abundance symbol in your mind.

 

Evaluation

Truly use this week to integrate. Focused Full wave Breathing sessions with music or the audio support works while you go about your life. Give abundance a chance. You’ve put in great time and effort to receive and transform both your inner and outer world. Congratulations for your persistence and caring enough about yourself to move ahead. Incorporate two breathing sessions into the week; listen to the tape, with the sole intention of embodying the vision.

Month 3 – Receiving & Believing – Doing It!

Purpose:  Purpose this month is to put your house in order in several ways: clean up and clear out; be grateful each and every day with a gratitude journal; say yes to the universe, and put your vision on an personal mastery tape to listen to constantly for one full week.

 

Month 3 – Week 3

Say Yes to the Universe

Objectives

Say Yes to the Universe has one purpose – to open and expand your entire conscious all week, 247, to receiving the flow of abundance. During this one-week of your life, you do not indulge negativity, resistance, saying no, or constricting your ability in any way. You can fun with this! Or, you can be a martyr about it. Fun advances you much farther however.

 

Activities

  1. Awaken every morning with an attitude of gratitude. Don’t feel it? Then fake it. This week will be a positive one for you.
  2. All day long say, “Yes” to whatever choices the universe brings you or puts in front of your face
  3. In the exercise, you don’t always have to take action, but do say yes.
  4. Keep track of what the universe brings you this week.
    1. What you have said yes to,
    2. What feelings have come up
    3. Write up a brief summary
    4. Continue daily exercise of focused breath on moving energy out into the world.
    5. You watch for synchronicity, messages from the universe, and take notes. Your observations and notes are your test of whether or not you trust your actions.

 

Evaluation

This week has been a fun learning experience for you or it hasn’t. From this point forward, each suggested activity in each lesson expands and tightens your relationship to abundance. If this week was havoc, get a coaching session to see what came up for clearing.

Month 3 – Receiving & Believing – Doing It!

Purpose: Purpose this month is to put your house in order in several ways: clean up and clear out; be grateful each and every day with a gratitude journal; say yes to the universe, and put your vision on an personal mastery tape to listen to constantly for one full week.

Month 3 – Week 2

Be Great-filled:  The purpose of specifically using the words is to program your cells to be grateful while cultivating great feelings – filled up with great gratitude. The human intellect is quite literal and will follow the direction to both intended, purposeful words.

Objectives

  • Each day or evening, jot down 3 statements
  •  I am great filled!
  •  What has come to me today to make me grateful is….
  • The reason I am grateful to receive this abundance is….

Activities

  1. Continue daily exercise of gratitude.
  2. If you can pair focused Full-Wave Breathing to move your gratitude into your environment energetically, it speeds the process along.
  3. Continue to notice your abundance. By this point you’ll be seeing exponential effects of your efforts in this program.

 

Evaluation

Gratitude is one of those unique spiritual qualities that glues you to energy of abundance, healing, love and more. The more you write, the more you feel full of gratitude, you expand to be able to have more and be a better steward of more.

Month 3 or Section 3 is called Receiving and Believing – Doing It!

For 8 weeks you have practiced a discipline of breathing, focusing intention and slowly changing the body & mind biochemistry at the cellular level to receive and feel the abundance experience, however that looks. You have moved from intellectual examination of your relationship to money, symbol of abundance. Then you turned inward to follow intuitive heart nudges, guidance or feelings as well as purposefully focused and moved your abundance intentions from the heart into the world.

In month three, you make room for abundance by putting your own house in order and practicing abundance in purposeful daily activity. Now is the time to live abundance!!

Month 3 – Receiving & Believing – Doing It!

Purpose:      Purpose this month is to put your house in order in several ways: clean up and clear out; be grateful each and every day with a gratitude journal; say yes to the universe, and put your vision on an personal mastery tape to listen to constantly for one full week.

Month 3 – Week 1

Clean Up, Clear Out and Learn About Minimal Effort

Objectives

  • By cleaning up or clearing out your physical space, you clean up and clear out your emotional and mental spaces also to make room for abundance.

Activities

  1. On the physical level, find the closet, garage, drawers, cupboards, and bookshelves that need to be cleaned up or cleared out
  2. Do the physical cleaning or clearing, and then be aware of how lighter you feel on the body, emotions, or mind.
  3. Journal the answers to these questions:
    1. How did what you cleaned up have meaning for you? Did it reflect an issue? Was it a triumph over a long-standing topic? Was it your metaphor for freedom? Was it a conscientious effort to move forward?
    2. After clearing space in the physical world, what inner space was cleared?
    3. How do you feel after the clearing
      1. Physically?
      2. Emotionally?
      3. Mentally?
      4. Spiritually?

 

Evaluation

Each exercise you do raises and expands more energy. Previously you practice intuitive guidance, created and practiced an affirming attitude.  This may have caused some internal emotional or mental uprising or tension. Did clearing or cleaning the space clear the tension, so in the next lesson, we can return to abundant living practices. Know this, if the tension within you rises again, practice cleaning and clearing physical spaces. It opens up abundance space within you.

 

Month 2 – Get Into the Flow, Listen & Believe

Month 2 – Week 4

Practice Attitudes to Maintain Openness to Flow

Objectives

  • Purpose is to now maintain the consistent focus on abundance through intention, focused breathing and by watching and noting what flow returns to you.
  • Another purpose is being mentally focused on one superb attitude that supports the connection to and flows of energy in your body.
  • Final purpose is to trust your heart’s wisdom implicitly.

Activities

1. Continue daily exercise of focused breath on moving energy out into the world.

2. Practice the attitudes, one each day. As you continue focused actions each day, flow returns, as is its nature.

Day 1 – I deserve and receive a daily flow of abundance.

Day 3 – I am a good steward of my abundance.

Day 5 – I appreciate the abundance I see and feel in my world.

Day 7 – I am blessed with abundance.

You watch for synchronicity, messages from the universe, and take notes. Your observations and notes are your test of whether or not you trust your actions.

 

Evaluation

When you state attitudes aloud, acknowledge mentally several times a day that positive attitude, immediately you’ll notice 2 changes. You will feel a distinct energy boost or improvement in mood and decrease of stress. Or you may be aware of your ego mind arguing with yourself. Immediately refocus the mind to the attitude, do some full-wave breathing, and give it no more attention than that.

Month 2 – Week 3

Manifestation Principles

  1. Focus intention
  2. Send intention into world on flow of positive feeling, a heart wave if you will, and let it go.
  3. Observe and track what is returned each day.

Objectives

n  Purpose is to understand and experience how the intention directs the cells of the body and how the principles of manifestation work through this dance with flow:  pair emotion with intention, and direct your own flow from the heart center into the world on the exhale.

  • Choose one heart guided intention for the week regarding maintaining abundance in some way – clear thought, vitality, health, balanced emotions, etc
  • As you continue focused actions each day, flow returns, as is its nature. You watch for synchronicity, messages from the universe, and take notes. Your observations and notes are your test of whether or not you trust your actions.

Activities

  1. Choose one abundance intention for the week.
  2. Continue a 5 to 15 minute breathing exercise session daily, now focused on the flow from the abdomen, up through the diaphragm and expanded into heart. As the heart expands, focus on your intention, seeing and feeling it expand in the heart chakra.
  3. Now take charge and direct the cleansing, healing flow of the intention up to the heart and then circulate through the vessels, throughout the body.
  4. Finally push the flow of energy that carries your intention forward into the world from your heart.
  5. You sent the energy out, not observe what comes back to you and take notes EACH DAY so you have a record of your effort and return.

Adaptations

  • Set your intention, fill heart with breathing and push the breath (energy flow) out into world like a river flowing from you.
  • Follow the river when you feel intuitive direction or
  • Follow heart’s feeling and voice when nudged.

Evaluation

Using the tool of Full-Wave breathing, you are now directing the flow of your energy to maximize emotional anchors of abundance, which you developed in earlier lessons. Anchors are images paired with emotional triggers, activated by breathing.

You are now opening your heart, the emotional center to activate a strong inner wisdom voice.

You are following the heart nudges of inner wisdom so you trust yourself again and feel safe in the world.

You are now observing what flow brings to you and taking notes. Are you receiving challenges, gifts, love, money, feeling more joy?
